Which rack size should I choose?
6U: Compact installations with a small switch, patch panel or recorder. 9U: Mid-size systems that need extra cable-management or accessory space. 12U: Larger network and surveillance systems with more equipment or room for future expansion.

Will standard 19-inch equipment fit?
Yes, compatible 19-inch rack-mount equipment fits, provided its depth, weight and mounting requirements are within the cabinet limits.
Is the cabinet weatherproof?
No. IP20 is for dry indoor locations and does not provide water protection. Choose a weather-rated NEMA or IP enclosure for outdoor installations.
Does it ship assembled?
No. The cabinet ships flat-packed and uses bolt-together construction for assembly on site.
Can I access equipment from the sides?
Yes. Removable side panels provide convenient access for wiring and service.
How much capacity should I leave unused?
Allow space for airflow, cable management, service access and future expansion. Many installers choose the next larger rack size when the initial equipment plan nearly fills the cabinet.
