Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return eligibility

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase. Returns require prior authorization. Items sent back without authorization may not be accepted.

To request a return, email info@ultrapoe.com with your order number, item number, reason for return, and photos when relevant. If approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and appropriate insurance. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return results from our error.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. Contact us as soon as possible if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Non-returnable items

Custom products, special-order items, personalized items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases are not returnable. Contact us before purchasing if you are unsure whether an item is returnable.

Sale and promotional items

Sale and promotional items may be returned within the same 30-day window if they meet the eligibility requirements above. Approved returns of sale or promotional items receive store credit only.

Exchanges

For the fastest exchange, request a return for the original item. After the return is approved, place a separate order for the replacement item.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect the return. Approved refunds for regular-priced items are issued to the original payment method. Approved returns of sale or promotional items are issued as store credit. Processing time after approval depends on your bank or card issuer.
