Shipping Policy

U.S. Shipping
UltraPoE ships online orders within the United States. Free Economy shipping is available on eligible U.S. orders of US$50 or more. Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout.

Bulk Orders — Free LTL Freight
Bulk orders of US$5,000 or more qualify for free standard LTL freight shipping to U.S. delivery addresses. Liftgate service, residential delivery surcharges, and inside delivery are not included and will be quoted separately. Please request a quote to confirm delivery arrangements and any additional charges before ordering.

Same-Day Shipping
In-stock orders placed before 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, qualify for same-day shipping. Same-day shipping refers to dispatch, not delivery. For orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends, please contact us to confirm dispatch timing.

International Orders
International orders require a shipping quote. Before ordering, contact info@ultrapoe.com with the product names or SKUs, quantities, and delivery destination.

Backorders and Wholesale Orders
We accept backorders. Product availability and expected shipping dates will be discussed and agreed upon during the quotation process. For large or wholesale orders, please request a quote before ordering.

Delivery Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact info@ultrapoe.com promptly with your order number and details of the issue. Returns and refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
